How to tell the difference between your left hand and your right
Are you one of those people who have difficulty telling your left hand from your right? To start: 1. Hold up your hands towards you (don't flip them, which means you should not be able to see your palm). 2. Place your hands on a flat surface if you have a problem telling which side if your palm and which side is the back of your hand. The instinctive thing to do is usually to place it palms down. Then, stick out your thumb and index finger on both hands. Your left hand is the one that can form an L (from your point of view). You have no idea how many people I've met that have had a problem with telling which is their left, and which is their right hand... Those with dyslexia or who have trouble doing visual thinking may want to consider naming them A & B instead of Left and Right. Sounds crazy, but it works. Most people should have no problem with the first 10 letters of the alphabet song.

Amended after comment from person with dyslexia. To other commentor: It's "crazy", as you succinctly put it, but really, people do have this problem!
